Radford Virginia Restaurants
BT - S is a warm and welcoming American restaurant offering a wealth of delicious menus. BT-S offers appetizers, including a spinach-artichoke dip, which you will hopefully find at the best bar, and another selection includes a two-sided salad served with a side of cheese and one or two side dishes, as well as an appetizer of the day. Otherwise, the selection offers a selection of sandwiches, salads, side dishes and desserts, all served on two sides. BT's owners say they are waiting for customers to return from sporting events and meet up with friends while their customers enjoy a good meal, drink or even a glass of wine or beer.
On our recent visit, we chose the bacon cheese burger, which came with a side dish, and the presentation was excellent: a burger that was completely covered in cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and looked as if it had just come from the garden. The steak was prepared in such a way that the juicy interior of the steak was accentuated by dusting off the Cajun spices. This huge sandwich consisted of three pieces of French toast stacked on top of each other with scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, cheese and a slice of bacon.
We arrived quickly at the pizza, six golden brown crispy sticks filled with hot, stringy mozzarella, which complemented the delicious marinara sauce well.
On our next visit, we wanted to order the breakfast Club Sandwich ($10.95), which we had eyeed from a nearby table. We ordered a hand-sliced 10-ounce ribeye, served with two sides and enjoyed 10 meaty, classic Buffalo wings, sucked generously. My daughter ordered Buffalo Wings with a side salad, tomato, onion, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, onion, cheddar cheese and a cucumber
Todd and Kelsi said they plan to highlight the upstairs dining room in the future, with a full bar, bar area and courtyard for outdoor dining.
They know how to defend, but they need to find more consistency on offense to be among the better teams in the nation. They are likely to be just a week away from losing to an unranked hockey team, and the Tigers probably won't. The loss at Penn State sent the Hokies to the top of the Associated Press Top 25 for the first time this season before climbing back to second place in the AP poll after a victory over the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
On November 29, Virginia Tech was selected to finish 11th in the ACC, then downgraded to 11th after a 2-1 loss to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a 3-2 loss at Florida.
The Hokies led by 16 in the second half and held the Tigers to just three points in the second quarter - a 36.5 percent hit rate in midfield. Virginia Tech made 25 of 31 from the free throw line, including four of the final 10.7 seconds, for a 72.6 percent rate.
Keve Aluma and Nahiem Alleyne each contributed 13 points for Virginia Tech, which won the conference opener for the third time in four games. Radford shot just 31.5 percent from the field, his lowest mark this season, and defeated an opponent for the second time in six games and the first time since January 9, 2015.
BT & S has been open since the outbreak of the pandemic, although sales have fallen in the first few days due to falling customer numbers and a shortage of food and drink.
Overall, BT & S is a great place for friends and family to meet for good meals and drinks. By the way, the sandwiches, burgers and appetizers are named after streets and landmarks in Radford. Another Radford restaurant opened this week, taking its name from the famous "Radford Street" and its famous street name. Kelsi Jones is the front of house manager, Todd Jones was the bar manager and deputy general manager.
When indoor dining was banned, the Joneses had to develop a new online ordering system that did not exist before the nationwide closure.
Clemson played without Hunter Tyson, who played two games and was the team's fourth leading scorer before a facial injury. The Tigers struggled to play offensively against the Hokies and made do with a lot of hard shots, shooting 38% from the field in the first half, their second-worst percentage of the season. Clemson (5-1, 0-1) cut Virginia Tech's lead to 62-60 with 25 seconds left, but a 3-pointer by Virginia Tech's Al-Amir Dawes and a free throw by Clemson's De'Aaron Fox with 25 seconds left cut the Blacksburg, Va., team to three points (63-62). After a mispass by the Tigers and another missed 3-pointer by the Tigers, they were fouled by Hunter Cattoor, who converted two free throws with seconds to go.
Tyson, who shot 52.6%, including 50% from beyond the 3-point arc, will be out for a while, according to Brownell. Young said Diarra - who averaged 14.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game - would be welcome to return once he felt comfortable in the situation.
